| His professional experience has primarily been with overseas American K-12 schools associated with the U.S. State Department through the Office of Overseas Schools but he has also worked as an adjunct professor of technology for the University of Maryland. Don has been a regular presenter at technology conferences world-wide on a broad range of educational technology topics, much of which are based on his experience with designing and setting up scalable wireless networked systems in support of one student, one laptop programs.
After 28-years and eight international postings, Don and his family recently moved back to the U.S. where he remains active with his online international learning communities while compiling notes, journals and anecdotes for a book, four years in the making. |
